How FurtNahoru works
One number a day. Do it, and tomorrow one more awaits.
FurtNahoru — Czech for "always up" — is a daily training tracker with a single rule: progress only goes one direction. Each exercise shows one target for today. Hit it and tomorrow is one higher. No plans, no spreadsheets, no app shouting at you.
Every day is one number to beat. Mark it done and tomorrow climbs by the exercise's step — push-ups go up by one. The number on screen is always one you actually earned, never a goal someone else picked for you.
Skip a day and the target simply stays put — it never resets and never falls. Most trackers punish a missed day; this one just waits. Come back and pick up the same number. And if you forget to log a workout you actually did, fill it back in on the calendar.
Done raises tomorrow. Hold means you did the full work but keep the same target — it still counts. Partial logs what you actually managed. No time freezes your streak for travel or illness. Lazy is lazy — only that one breaks the streak.
Away for months? Nobody restarts at their old peak. Close the season yourself and open a new one — from the base, or from your previous peak, whatever you can really do today. You decide when; the app never closes it for you.
A new season resets the target, not your history. Total reps, best streak, personal peak and days completed carry over forever. You only ever add to them.
Each season is a level. Along the way you earn badges for streaks, volume, days and peaks — all read from your real history, nothing to grind for its own sake.
You begin with a Sun Salutation and push-ups, and add more whenever you like. Free, in Czech and English, no ads and no tracking.
